Mood: a mess
Music: 'If' by Bread

1. BABY'S BREATH (GYPSOPHILIA)

I like small, white flowers.

There's nothing fanciful about them, really.
And they pale terribly against gorgeous roses, sunflowers and lilies.

Commonly used as flower fillers... to fill up the gaps in bouquets.

In other words, they are often disregarded, viewed mainly as part of the decoration to allow the prettier flowers to shine...

Sounds familiar...?

Baby's Breath holds the meaning of Innocence.

Definitely one of my favourites. And perhaps a flower I can really relate to (silly as it sounds).

Personally, I feel that they're under-appreciated.

Perhaps, just like the notion of innocence...

2.

"Even human emotions, I mean. It's as though they're represented by certain universal laws. Remember when they found the naked stars - did you read about that?"

"... Are stars with most of their gaseous atmospheres stripped away. And you know why they're revealed like that? Because of close encounters with other stars. I find something very human about that.
Don't you?"

- 'Open House' by Elizabeth Berg

A lovely and heartwarming novel. :)

3.

This morning started off pretty badly.

a failed attempt at defending myself.
whatever I wanted to say got stuck somewhere in my throat.

and everything came out just the way it was supposed to be.
almost mechanical, almost natural.

learned.

I wonder if I could ever, ever, ever, ever be good enough.

for the past (nearly) 20 years,
have I ever been good enough for you.

do you know I'm already trying?
can you see?

I have no idea either.

4.

it's already the last day of June.

tomorrow's yiliang's birthday.
and very soon, it'll be my sister's, and KL-san's, and Mabel's and Yihang's...

everyone's growing uuuuuuuup. :) (I'll say 'growing up' instead of 'growing old')

5. YUJA WANG

ok this is definitely worth 3 mins of your time.

'Petrushka' by Stravinsky is definitely one of the most difficult pieces ever written for piano.

and this is definitely one of the best performances of 'Petrushka' I've listened to.

look at her techniques!!!!!!!!!!! and her stamina&strength!!!!!!!
I'm completely awed by her accuracy of all those crazy jumps!

I think I'll have muscle ache just by imagining myself play that piece.

6.
Speaking of muscle ache,

now I know.

Never, ever, ever play badminton before playing piano.

I ended up caressing piano keys.

"I never had to worry about your playing not having enough power and strength"

yeah my (only) strength is my strength. (LOL. ok you know what I mean)

and till now, my right arm is still aching.

my 'Alligator Crawl' sounds like a dead alligator.

7. Sunday's performance.

I'm having like a family of butterflies in my stomach.

8.
things I found out about myself recently:

- I suck at Monopoly and I'm really more relieved to stay in Jail forever. LOL.
- I'm a daredevil when it comes to UNO stacko.
- I have little patience when it comes to electronic gadgets.
- I enjoy lying on my sofa, staring at the ceiling, listening to Vivaldi/Chopin, trying to blank out my mind.
- I enjoy green tea most, out of all teas.
- I enjoy watching films that are hard to understand.
- I like taking walks by myself to random places. (found myself at the opposite side of the canal for the first time, where all the factories & warehouses are.)
- At times, I'm very very very oblivious to the surroundings.
- I miss reading Murakami's novels.
- I enjoy listening to haunting music and songs.

- I am a real tight-lipped clam.

9.

I often imagine myself in places that are anywhere but where I am, with just the people I really want to be with, doing the things I really enjoy doing, with my mind being set free from incessant worries...

almost like utopia.

but you see, it's utopia.

10.

It's amazing that I've been blogging for nearly 6 years.

I kind of forgot it has been so long already.

10.5

I never understood why I love Baby's Breath so much.

Now I know.

Story~*

Ok this is an extract from a conversation when I was away from the laptop.

"I want bedtime story, JX"

"once upon a time.. a very very long long time ago..
there lived a little girl by the name of Jasmine.
she lives in the sea and has hair like seaweed
she sucks green tea and chews on green tea flavoured chestnuts
she loves children, especially those who don't sleep when the midnight bell rings
she likes to snatch the green tea flavoured chestnuts from the cute little squirrels and tear their lungs out when they scream

so dear JZ, go to bed
or jasmine will come looking for you"

"omgggggggggggggggggggggg!!!!!!!!!!!"

LOL.
Beware of Jasmine.
A friend wrote this for me, a few days back.

"Joy is not in things, but in us.
Sometimes we need to make a painful mistake to learn something important, but after that mistake we have far greater wisdom.
With wisdom comes strength, courage, knowing and an ever-increasing peace.

Peace is our final destination."

to come to peace with ourselves.
to achieve the peace of mind.

I think I need the limitless sky.

in case some people managed to read my previous 2 entries,

I moved them into my drafts folder and they shall remain unpublished.

because I'm just making a fuss out of nothing.

Listen to me~*

Listen to me. You have the tape.

(Press Rewind. Press Play)

When all things have receded into the darkest corner of consciousness,

they become playful, dark shadows, lingering, hiding, teasing.
threatening to display their full glory any moment.

these things.

memories.

(rewind, rewind, play.)

back to the age of innocence.
supposed gullibility.

assumed purity of the mind, of the heart.

Are we assuming a little too much here?

(forward, forward.)

to the age of knowing, of realization and danger.
when edges become blurred.

sanity tested.

complexities, convolusions, haphazard thinking.

What am I thinking?
What am I doing?

questions that no longer have answers.

even so, we get so caught up with the array of alluring tangibles.
of possibilities.

that we often lose ourselves.

then we're back to the

'what do I really want?'

I don't want to love a facade.
I don't want to live a lie.
I don't want to love the dazzling and be seduced by the lethal glamour of it all.

I don't want to fall in love with the vapourizing sweetness and temporal ecstasy.

to be lost, to be found, to seek.

just like a game of 'hide and seek' when we were young.

but now, you know there is no 'game over'.

(stop. rewind. play)

When all things have receded into the darkest corner of consciousness,

all that's left are words as the evidence of existence.

of what have been, what will be, what is.

of a journey.

Lucidity~*

her lucidity
her lucidity
herlucidity.

lucid dreams.
lucid dreams.
lucid dreams.

I'm in a lucid dream.

0.1
Took a trip down to The Arts House @ Raffles with the girls.
What a lovely place. :)

a quaint, charming building on its own.

I often wonder why I find amazement in things that most people deem ordinary.
Am I just plain easily impressed?

perhaps so.
or perhaps, we all see things differently.
and they get impressed with things I'm not so impressed with.

these little, little differences
are what make us unique individuals.

no duplicates,
anywhere.

0.2

singing together. :)

why do we enjoy singing?

I know this sounds ridiculous but I'm not so sure of it myself.

I think it has a morphine-y effect.
an ability to lose yourself to the song, the music...

and probably for the fun and joy of it. especially when you do it with people who are really fun-loving.

1.
Jasmine Green Tea smells so good... :)

Anyway, just something random which came to my mind regarding infusion teas.
Just by smelling it, you might be tricked into believing it'll be sweet/sour/tangy, but when you taste it, it just tastes as plain as water. and probably a little bitter...

but nevertheless, the fragrance makes it irresistible, doesn't it?

almost like a clever deceit...

2.
Lucky.

"they're just so lucky..."

how many times have we told that to ourselves?

that's precisely what's blinding us every now and then.

3.
up, up, up

up the staircase.
away from critical eyes.

to allow myself to get lost.
finding my solitary space.

to let it all out.

the frustration, the disappointment.

jasmine, tell me.
what the hell.

I'll find my solution. I'll confine myself and practise till my fingers bleed.

no more excuses.

4.

Jess: you know Federer?
Jas: uh huh.
Jess: he likes Wayne Rooney.
Jas: .... he's a gay?
Jess: NOT THAT KIND OF LIKE.............................................

5.
I have nothing to attribute my current incomprehensible restlessness to.

but still.

random:

I want to do more of such spontaneous, silly things.

stop judging, and you'll feel much better.

Friday, June 18, 2010

random~*

this morning I woke up feeling as if reality is just a continuation of my dream.

in other words, I felt shittily tired.

from yesterday and the day before.

have been struggling with many strange decisions.
so strange, I think it must have emerged from my need for some self-amusement.

I'm thinking of switching from blogspot to wordpress.
and

I'm thinking of adopting a pet.

wait. the adoption part didn't stem from impulse.

I've been thinking and thinking, considering and reconsidering.

and I'm still considering about it.

anyway, I regretted listening to the professional version of K545 because now, when I play it, I realized it has lost its uniqueness and that magic.

now it just sounds mechanical.

July is coming.
which means I'm just a step closer to my doomsday.

---------------------edit----------------------------------

I think I'm dropping the pet idea altogether.

and I'm feeling so awful right now.

headache, fatigue, restlessness, frustration...

I keep mishearing Leona Lewis' 'I Got You'.

I keep hearing this line

'Gotta have that cigarette... I'll be alright'

=_=

Mozart~*

Took a break from my usual exam pieces and scales and played one of my favourites - Sonata K545 by Mozart.

No doubt it's much simpler and less demanding, it's still a lovely, beautiful piece.
Gives me an image of a sky of raining petals, of golden sunshine, of pretty robins singing...

and an urge to play the piano in a strawberry field.

I can still remember Ms Iris telling me about Mozart.
How awfully sad his life was... but yet, when you listen to his music, you'd never guess he led a difficult life.

As if he had never allowed such negativity and sadness get to his music, which remains pure, sweet, untainted and beautiful...

as if he had wanted to protect something dear to him.

Even so, my favourite is still Frederic Chopin and Ms Iris' favourite is JS Bach. :)

Updates~*

"There were many things in life like that. You couldn't imagine it, and then it happened and you couldn't really imagine it hadn't."

- 'The Last Summer (of You & Me)' by Ann Brashares

1. The Last Summer

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Lastsummerbrashares.jpg

A few more pages to go.
A bittersweet story about the complicated relationship among 3 best friends, 2 of whom were sisters.
It just pains you when you love a particular character so much that it gets hard not to get yourself emotionally involved in the story.

and it made me realize how painful it is to be torn between 2 people you love (in completely differently ways)

Anyway, it also made me realize how characters named 'Alice' are usually sweet, introverted, beautiful, gentle and well... more fragile. (I'm not saying there's no exception, but generally that's the idea that I get from films and novels that I've read)

oh and guess what,

there's going to be a film adaptation for this novel! (Bought by Warner Brothers)

2. Nada Sou Sou aka 'Tears For You'

http://youth.sg/blog/2007/03/18/movie-review-nada-sou-sou/

Finally watched this film after sooooo long.
A typical tearjerker. (though I remained dry-eyed throughout, with just that pinch in my heart towards the end)

sometimes, you really wonder what's the point of watching films that are supposed to make you tear.
I think... it's so as to make you understand the fragility of many many things.

although you may dismiss them as mere fiction with predictable plots that leave you little or no impression which are meant to trick young girls and obasans to watch, I really beg to differ.

Before I proceed, I must confess that there are times when I roll my eyes (in the mind) when I come across some incredibly soapy dramas.

But have you ever wondered what is the appeal of such... tear jerkers?

I believe it is to feel the 感动 that seem to be missing from our lives.

that good ol' wrench of the heart, hot tears pooling in your eyes feeling.

don't you think so?

3. Fathers Day celebration

(I can't find my camera cable anywhere)

Dad treated us to Vienna International Seafood & Teppanyaki Buffet Restaurant.

some afterthoughts:

- It is really $$. (thank goodness we had discount since my dad knows the boss)
- Had 48623784 cups of tea. (flower infusion, peach infusion tea, green tea...)
- What left the deepest impression in me is probably the test-tube fruit juice and sweet red wine. HAHAHA. and the peking duck crepe.
- Salmon sashimi!
- Prawn fruit salad was good too.
- Beansprouts and veggie teppanyaki tasted better than the dory and chicken. XD
- Mini Buddha Jump Over the Wall :)
- Broccoli yum yum!

Verdict:
Treating me to expensive buffet is a waste of money because

- I'm just wasting stomach space by consuming so many freaking cups of tea and test-tubes of juices and a big bowl of aloe vera.
- Gave the expensive seafood a miss since I don't eat oysters and didn't eat the black-pepper crab nor the lobster. baaah.
- Didn't touch the cakes & ice cream since my stomach was exploding at the end of the day.
- Didn't touch ANY sushi at all.

but still, I was so, so full, I thought I really might puke in SG's car later on.

In fact, I'm still full. XD

I should try fasting for the next 3 months.

4. World Cup 2010

Are you guys caught up with the world cup fever too? :)

Managed to catch the opening match and the Argentina-Nigeria match.

It's really quite interesting to watch in public places because I really enjoy observing other people's reactions whenever there's a goal attempt.
(random: I typed 'goat' instead of 'goal' initially)

all the 'OHHHHHHHH~~~!' and 'URGHHHHHHHH~~~~~!'

hahaha.

5. Lovely weather today! :)

6. I hope you can smile genuinely again and not let the negativity get to you. :)

7. Survivor

The lost innocence.

from hurt, from anger, from vengeance.

"Anger had a way of bending around and biting its owner." - 'The Last Summer (Of You & Me)' by Ann Brashares

nevertheless, I can empathize, I can understand.
I don't mind the responsibility of it.
I don't mind listening to you.

Just so as to give you the support and strength you need.
Because I've been through it.

you're so, so strong, my dear girl.
I don't know what else to say but to give you a pat on the shoulder and tell you

"You're a survivor."

8. Lop Ear Bunny

http://www.mybunnyblog.com/sprinkle/

Saw a cutie at a pet shop which looks pretty much like the lop ear bunny in the pic.

oh man. should I really get a pet now?

9. Piano

scales giving me a terrible headache.

10. TEA

I'm starting to love tea a lot a lot now.

what if one day it replaces coffee as my number 1 source of caffeine?

and after reading Mabel's blog, I'm going to visit Royal Copenhagen one day! :)

11. SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO!!

Based on the lyrics of the extremely popular song 'Hanamizuki' by Hitoto Yo/Hideaki Tokunaga

(rough translation of the tagline)

"Will you and the person you love keep on going for 100 years?"

The official trailer (FINALLY) of 'Hanamizuki'.
Directed by Nobuhiro Doi, the director of 'Be With You' and 'Nada Sou Sou' and a whole long list of dramas.

Another tearjerker, I believe.

starring ARAGAKI YUI and Ikuta Toma! :)

12. Embracing myself.

to end off,

I'm still slowly learning to come to terms with myself.
to learn to be honest with myself and to love myself more.

there are just so many things that I hate about myself:

I hate that side of me which is incredibly judgemental and harsh on myself.
I hate the fact that I care so much about how others perceive me, to the point that I find it hard to behave like myself.
I hate it when I don't give myself room for error and excuses to be imperfect (though I'm incredibly flawed)

and all these just sum up and make me an angry person on in the inside.
constantly battling with myself and making groundless comparisons.

because of this, I find it hard to be honest to myself and to open up to people.
I find it hard to talk about my deepest insecurities and fears simply because I don't want to see sympathy in their eyes.

I still remember saying this not long ago.

"If you can't empathize with me, there's no need to sympathize me."

I'm like a clam.
I often don't even know where to start.

And regarding the part on revealing my problems and deepest secrets, it has always been the kind of 'if you don't ask, I won't say' basis.

Unhealthy, yes.
but sometimes, I'd rather things remain this way.

even so, when something big or important occurs, I'll still talk about it to people whom I trust, people who truly matter to me.

I don't mean to be secretive or mysterious.
It's just that I often don't see a point in saying things aloud.
call me insensitive or just plain blockhead.

I'm not somebody who reveals everything on facebook, twitter or blog.
I'm not somebody who values complete transparency, as if living in a glass box.

To sidetrack a little,
My sis rolls her eyes at people who reveal EVERYTHING online and often complains to me about those 'childish, shallow' people.

ok back to the point.

the point is that
I'm slowly learning to open up more.

To be more blind to other people's expressions.

perhaps then, I'll become a happier person.

someone who embraces herself.

Met~*

As we grow older,

certain things just keep increasing.
while others just keep decreasing.

anyway, here's something meaningful I came across yesterday.

"One day, a mountain climber and a scuba-diver met each other."

do you understand?

Monday, June 07, 2010

I just call you mine~*

I really really enjoy reading. :)
random articles, novels, comic strips... haha.
everything and anything.

Feels great to spend the entire morning and afternoon in the library with SG. :)
(I think I'm a true blue bookworm. I might morph into a butterfly soon... wait a sec. you see, I'm not a bio person... LOL)

"Don't get blown apart, Bonaparte!!!"

LOLOLOLOL!!!

Read up on 'Defensive Pessimism' - the power of pessimism.
And guess what, it's supposed to lead to very positive results.
prepares for the worst, assesses the situation, lowers expectations... kind of like a shield to protect oneself.
cool eh?
So now, I have an excuse to stay on the darker side. XD

And now, I have about 348072348 more novels to read!
One particularly interesting novel would have to be

'A Rabbit's Eyes' by Kenjiro Haitani.
The cover itself is amusing and I kept chuckling to myself.

http://www.amazon.com/Rabbits-Eyes-Kenjiro-Haitani/dp/1932234217

SG: You and your Japanese authors... :)

:) you know what? Everyone should try reading something written by a Japanese author or a film directed by a Japanese. Then you'll understand what I mean.

Anyway, I've been listening to this song over and over and over. (2nd song in the playlist)

'I Just Call You Mine' by Martina McBride

I pinch myself
Sometimes to make sure I'm not in a dream
That's how it seems

I close my eyes and breathe in the sweetest moments I've ever known
It feels like home

And here I am
I want to be your everything
There you are
Turning winter into spring

And everyone that sees you
Always wants to know you
And everyone that knows you
Always has a smile
You're a standing ovation
After years of waiting
For a chance to finally shine
Everyone calls you amazing
Yeahhhh
I just call you mine

I fall apart
And just a word from you
Somehow seems to fix
Whatever's wrong
Ohh
You reach into the weakest moments and remind me that I'm strong
You gotta know
I'd be a fool not to see or even worse to forget
That you're more than I deserve

Cause everyone that sees you
Always wants to know you
And everyone that knows you
Always has a smile
You're a standing ovation
After years of waiting
For a chance to finally shine
Everyone calls you amazing
I just call you mine

Nothing makes sense when you're not here
As if my whole world disappears
Without you what's the point of it

Cause everyone that sees you
Always wants to know you
And everyone that knows you
Always has a smile
You're the dream that I've been chasing
After years of waiting
For a chance to finally shine
Everyone calls you amazing
I just call you mine
Everyone calls you amazing
I just call you mine

Random 1:
I'm going to watch 'Hula Girls' and 'Breakfast at Tiffany's'! :D

edit: I just read from the comments on this youtube video that 'I just call you mine' was played for a person's grandfather's funeral. And I already feel like crying.

1.
The quote below tickled me so much, it killed me.

" Another 'F*** you'.
It was written with red crayon or something, right under the glass part of the wall, under the stones.

That's the whole trouble. You can't ever find a place that's nice and peaceful, because there isn't any.

You may think there is, but once you get there, when you're not looking, somebody'll sneak up and write 'F*** you' right under your nose. Try it sometime.

I think, even, if I ever die, and they stick me in a cemetery, and I have a tombstone and all, it'll say 'Holden Caufield' on it, and then what year I was born and what year I died, and then right under that it'll say
'F*** you'
.

I'm positive, in fact.
"

- 'Catcher in the Rye' by JD Salinger

I finally completed that novel.
And strangely, despite all the insane amount of angst and teenage rebellion and moments of despondency and hoplessness, it sent me chuckling to myself most of the time.

It's incredible, that novel.
It's probably the most honest novel I've ever read.
You can really sympathize with the protagonist, almost as if he's truly your friend and relating his experiences to you.

I enjoyed that novel tremendously. (probably because it amused me so, so much. Holden... and his nasty sense of humour, really.)
Anyway, most of it is just morbid humour.
and I'm a sucker for that.

"
"Where're the mummies, fella?" the kid said again. "Ya know?"

I horsed around with the two of them a little bit.
'The mummies? What're they?' I asked the one kid.

'You know. The mummies - them dead guys. That get buried in them toons and all.'

Toons.
That killed me. He meant tombs.
"

- 'Catcher in the Rye'

Now that I've finished it, I think I'll start reading up on the controversies of that novel.
A form of mind control?? hmm.

2.

We finally went for the treetop walk. :)

Reb: Oh my! My legs are turning wobbly already..... T_T

hahaha! And to think I thought I would be the first person to pass out.
I guess I was too fascinated with the view from up there to feel the fear.
well, not until I started thinking what would happen if the flooring gave way. =X

Reb: Don't! I'm very scared the camera would fall! (she was using my Lumix)
Jas: haha if it falls you can't even hear it land. XD

Why doesn't anyone share my view that this shot is awesome???
I mean, the actual size of this praying matis is what... 5cm max?
haha I don't care, I'm proud of this shot. :)

Jx: there's a 540-steps stairs we've gotta climb if we take the right route.

ahhh.....

anyway, by the time we were heading back to the bus stop, we were all too exhausted to speak.
(except that energetic jx)
we even had the urge to hitch a ride out. haha.

then we ran into a bored-to-the-max security guard HAHAHA.
but we were all too tired to entertain him.

after treetop trail, what's next? :)

3. My new (actually, not at all) eye-candy (my eye candies are females)

Aoi Yu :)
an award-winning young actress.
she starred in Shunji Iwai's 'Hana and Alice' and 'Hula Girls'.

Anyway, speaking of which, I'm almost dying to catch the highly acclaimed 'About Her Brother' aka 'Ototo', which is showing exclusively in GV Cinema Europa.

I wonder how will the movie experience be like in Cinema Europa. :)

Anyway, do you see some familiarity between Yu and Gakky?

how do I put it... not physically similar but more of the feeling... the very sweet, simple beauty that the both of them possess.

I think if I were a guy, that's the kind of girls I would fall for.

4. Wedding theme

My sis shocked me when she told me her ideal wedding would be a Mafia themed one.

actually, why should I be shocked anyway lol.

I think I've got to learn to play Godfather's theme song on piano then. XD

5. Ayu~

this is just random but I find this picture really beautiful. (the actual size of this is... woah.)

6.

"The trouble with girls is,
if they like a boy, no matter how big a bastard he is, they'll say he has an inferiority complex,
and if they don't like him, no matter how nice a guy he is, or how big an inferiority complex he has,
they'll say he's conceited.

Even smart girls do it."

- 'Catcher in the Rye'

hahaha. I had a good laugh when I read this.

7. AIRHEAD.

you know, I'm really really envious of street-smart people aka people with practical intelligence.
they're the ones who will truly succeed in life, I believe.

and I'm a self-confessed dumbo when it comes to practical intelligence.

there are just sooooooooo many little practical things that I can't do.

I don't understand gadgets, household appliances (ESPECIALLY THE WASHING MACHINE), don't possess the nonchalance of jaywalkers, don't know half the streets and roads in singapore, don't understand how to handle emergency situations well, know nothing about where to get the best deals, how things work...

basically, I'm just an idiot when it comes to practical things.
knowledge probably just stops in my head and that's it.

gosh. I feel like an airhead sometimes lol.

8. Piano.

thanks for being there for me, always, always, always. :)

9. HEY JUDE...

fuckyeahhappy.tumblr.com

10.

To venture out.

even though you have slight acrophobia...

taking tentative small steps at first,
and they will eventually become confident strides.

you know you're safe.
you know you can depend on the stable flooring for support.

that it's really ok,
and it's not that scary after all. :)

happiness~*

After talking to several people, I learnt something new today.

genuine happiness

doesn't come in the form of precious stones or wads of cash.

it certainly doesn't come from endless shopping sprees or heaps of luxury items.

neither does it sprout from numbers on weighing scales, measuring tapes and reflection in the mirror.

it comes from

the simplest of the simple things.

the people who can give you the fuzzy, warm feeling deep inside.

the very core of your heart.

the very mindset you have.

you don't have to try so hard to seek for happiness.

because the harder you seek for it, the further it'll drift away.

happiness is hard to grasp.

because the moment you have it will be the moment you lose it.

simply because you will start to want more.

the fact is that,

happiness has always been there.
disguised and hidden.

you'll know I'm right,
when you lose it.

(and I'm grateful for so many things. for those who truly love me. and for those whom I truly love.)

Tuesday, June 01, 2010

A really random photo but it's really sweet nonetheless. :)

Anyway, I bet I'm gonna have muscle ache tomorrow. X_X

the treetop walk with reb, pig, py and jx today was well, exhausting yet fulfilling. :)
I'm really grateful for the cooling weather.
(I daren't imagine what will happen if we were to walk under the scorching sun)

and as usual, it's hard not to laugh when you're with them. XD

one sentence that was repeated 347328094 times today was

"we thought it was just walking across a bridge!!!"

hahaha. we didn't factor in the 5km +++ walk with the infamous 540-steps staircase...

nevertheless, great company = great experience. :)

and from today's walk, I conclude that jasmine's stamina is lousy. XD

many photos to come!
(photos of swarms of squirrels, some slimy lizard, monitor lizard, praying mantis and L. haha)

and it's our turn to organize the next outing!
